Joe is an active member of the local recovery community throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His passion for helping others stems from his own battle to overcome drug addiction. With over a decade of sobriety, Joe overcame homelessness in 2013 and has since dedicated his life to supporting those struggling with substance use disorders.
Michele is the Clinical Director at Pathways Treatment Center. Michele has over 20 years of experience in various settings including agencies, in-home, partial hospitalizations and private practice. While seeking to provide a warm, healing, and nonjudgmental environment, Michele has worked with individuals, couples and groups to help them manage stress/heal emotional wounds. She has a strong desire to gently motivate, educate, inspire and empower individuals to establish healthy emotional boundaries. Therapy should be a tell-all safe space for the client to comfortably share their deepest thoughts, desires, and cognitive distortions. Michele specializes in working with individuals with concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, substance abuse, trauma, relational concerns, as well an ally to LGBTQ, has provided many opportunities to work with amazing people on a personal level. My name is Abby and I am going into my last year of undergrad at Holy Family University where I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I am a student-athlete on the women’s volleyball team and plan to begin grad school for counseling psychology next year

Chase serves as the Business Development for Pathways Recovery Community, acting as the vital link between individuals, families, referral sources, and the comprehensive care provided within our facility. With a strong background in advocacy, outreach, and public relations, Chase brings a passion for helping others navigate the journey to recovery.
Daniel Pemberton serves as the Director of Operations at Pathways Treatment Center in Burlington, New Jersey. He brings a proven background in IT product management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement across the financial and insurance sectors. Daniel now leverages this expertise to advance operational excellence in behavioral health, ensuring that Pathways continues to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Guided by a lifelong passion for helping people, he is committed to strengthening Pathways’ mission of empowering individuals and families on their journey to recovery.
Jason Victor is a dedicated Social Work Professional and Educator with over 20 years of proven success across municipal agencies, educational institutions, and not-for-profit environments. A professional member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Jason brings a deep commitment to ethical practice, client advocacy, and community development.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Rebecca is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging seasons. With a strong clinical background in hospital-based case management, she brings valuable experience from a wide range of healthcare and community settings.
