Your mobile information is not used for third-party marketing. Pathways does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, or texting consent with affiliates or other third parties for their marketing or promotional use.
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Pathways Treatment Center LLC handles personal information for its Employee SMS Program, including enrollment, work-related texts, support, and opt-out requests. It covers this messaging program and its policy pages. It does not replace a patient Notice of Privacy Practices or describe every other Pathways website or service.
2. Information used for messaging
Program records may include your name, mobile number, work role, schedule or assignment details, consent form and date, changes to your consent, messages sent or received, and delivery or support records. Messaging providers may process carrier and delivery information needed to route texts. Visiting these pages may also generate basic server records, such as an IP address, browser type, and request time.
We do not need clinical or patient information to enroll you. Do not provide sensitive personal or patient information in SMS replies.
3. How information is used
We use program information to confirm enrollment, deliver the work updates you requested, respond to questions, resolve delivery problems, maintain accurate contact details, document consent, and honor opt-outs. Work messages can include schedules, reminders, coverage requests, worksite assignments, meetings, and operational changes. We do not use this program for advertising or patient recruitment.
Message frequency varies according to staffing needs and may include daily reminders on assigned workdays. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to restrict access to program records. Ordinary SMS is not a confidential clinical communications channel, and no communications or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information as needed to operate the program, keep evidence of consent, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. After opt-out, limited suppression and consent records may be retained so your preferences continue to be honored.
6. Your choices
Enrollment is voluntary. Reply STOP to a program message to stop texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact josephdandrea@pathwaytreatment.com. Declining SMS does not prevent you from arranging another work communication method with your supervisor.
Contact administration to correct your phone number or ask about access to or deletion of program records. We may need to verify your identity for a records request and may retain information when required by law or needed to honor an opt-out. A STOP request does not require a separate identity-verification process.
7. Policy updates and contact
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. A change in policy does not itself provide consent to a new messaging purpose. For privacy questions, contact Pathways Treatment Center LLC administration at josephdandrea@pathwaytreatment.com.
