1. About this program
The Pathways Treatment Center Employee SMS Program is operated by Pathways Treatment Center LLC (“Pathways,” “we,” or “us”). Messages may include work schedules, shift reminders, coverage requests, worksite or housing assignments, schedule changes, staff meetings, and other work-related operational notices. Messages may be sent through an automated messaging platform. This program does not send advertising, patient recruitment, or promotional offers.
2. Enrollment and consent
To enroll, complete the separate employee SMS consent form provided by Pathways administration. Give your mobile number, affirmatively select the consent option, sign, and date the form. Administration must receive your completed consent before adding you to the messaging list. Giving a phone number for an employment record, signing an NDA, or using the scheduling app alone does not enroll you.
You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or purchase. If you decline or withdraw SMS consent, arrange another work communication method with your supervisor.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your schedule and operational needs. You may receive a daily schedule reminder on assigned workdays and additional messages when coverage or assignments change. Your wireless provider’s message and data rates may apply. Pathways does not charge a separate fee for this SMS program.
4. Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any program text to withdraw SMS consent. You may receive a final confirmation, after which program texts will stop. You may also contact administration to request removal. Further messages require a new opt-in. Notify administration if your mobile number changes or is no longer yours.
5. Help and support
Reply HELP for program assistance, or email Pathways administration at josephdandrea@pathwaytreatment.com. Contact your supervisor directly for urgent staffing questions.
6. Delivery and appropriate use
SMS delivery can be delayed or fail because of network, carrier, or device conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check the scheduling system or contact your supervisor when you need to confirm an assignment.
This program is not an emergency service. Do not send patient names, clinical information, insurance details, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information by ordinary text. Use Pathways’ designated secure channels instead.
7. Privacy and updates
Read the Employee SMS Privacy Policy for details about information used for this program. We may update these terms and will revise the date above. A materially different messaging purpose requires fresh consent before messages for that purpose begin. These terms do not change your employment agreement or workplace policies.
