Today, Joe’s life is vastly different—he goes to any length to assist individuals in overcoming drug and alcohol dependence. His mission is clear, and the quality of clinical care he provides is unmatched. Joe maintains personal contact with all his clients, ensuring they receive the support and guidance necessary for long-term success. This level of individualized care fosters a truly life-changing experience for everyone who becomes part of the Pathways Recovery Community.
Joe’s approach to clinical care is rooted in individualized, twelve-step-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), complemented by personalized, around-the-clock clinical support that addresses all facets of his clients’ lives.
Joe’s diverse background in education, administration and special education provides him with a unique advantage in leading Pathways Treatment Center. With experience as both a teacher and an administrator, Joe understands the importance of structure, leadership, and individualized care—key components of a successful recovery program. He holds a Master’s degree in Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University, a Master’s degree in Special Education from Holy Family University, and a Bachelor of Science from Bloomsburg University.

Known for their empathy, professionalism, and deep understanding of the challenges faced by those struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders, Chase ensures that every individual referred to Pathways is met with compassion and timely access to care.

Kim works directly with clients to provide one-on-one mentoring, lead peer support groups, and assist with the development of individualized recovery plans. Kim’s role goes beyond traditional clinical care—serving as a mentor, advocate, and recovery role model. By helping clients navigate the early stages of sobriety, connect with community resources, and build healthy coping strategies, her job is to empower individuals to take ownership of their recovery journey.
